I would like to thank Julia for holding my hand. I really screwed up downloading the upgrade for the PC version instead of my Mac's. I thought I had to wait 48 hours for the weekend be over before I can get help. Nope, she worked Sunday! Gave me a new token and put me back in business just like that. This is the best service ever. PP is the best. Keep up with the good work.
