I have a Mac and I just purchased PP. Every time I click "open image" and choose an image, the application quits unexpectedly. I've tried this up to 20 times and I cannot get it to work. I need help to figure this out. Thank you.

Are you using Parallels or some other PC emulation ? You must be specific with your error details for any of us to be of help to you !

We are fixing this at the moment, and should have another release which fixes this by the end of the day. If you reinstall tomorrow the problem should be fixed. Thank you for your patience.
