I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 2 DAYS TO GET SOME ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS I HAVE ABOUT THIS PURCHASE. I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND AND HAVE YET TO HEAR ANYTHING... YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS SOME IMPROVEMENTS. PLEASE CONTACT ME AS I WILL BE CONTACTING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY ABOUT THIS CHARGE THAT I WILL BE LOOKING TO HAVE REMOVED!

I also are not able to make contact with these folks, not going to buy anymore of their products untill I am contacted. A telephone number would be nice. Not everything can be handled automated!
