Email Changed and I cannot Login to Upgrade :( - DaniR - 06-21-2020 I have used Portrait Pro for years and have purchased multiple upgrades. My email has recently changed though and I cannot access the old address to verify my PPro acct, nor can i access the upgraded rate for PPro19 if I use my new e- address. Support has been difficult to reach... Anyone else experience this issue and were you able to find resolution? Thanks, in advance! |
