I bought portrait Pro and portraitpro BODY two days ago.
I'm using them as plugins in photoshop CC release 20.0.1 under Windows 10 Home Italian language
From Lightroom i bring photo in photoshop.
Using portrait pro is smooth: i have no problem and after Save and return the edited photo appears as layer in photoshop.
After editing photo in portraitpro BODY when I check Save and Return I'm getting an error message and I loose the edited photo!
the message I'm getting is in Italian but this is the translation
IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPLETE COMMAND "PORTRAITPRO BODY" BECAUSE TEMPORARY TIFF FILE NEEDED UNSUPPORTED PIXEL CONVERSION: C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\PPB-filter-1543264554-QJWK.tiff.
any suggestion?

After upgrading to ver 3.2.1. The problem with ....UNSUPPORTED PIXEL CONVERSION: C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\PPB-filter-1543264554-QJWK.tiff. re-occurs .
Is there a solution in sight??

Hi all... SAME issue. Cant get my edits back into PS. Same error. PortraitPro Studio 18 works great. BODY NOT. PLEASE fix ASAP! Temp file is not in folder if that helps.

As I mentioned in my previous reply, a workaround for this issue is to download the 3.1.1 build using the links below:

I am using version 3.3.2 and having the same problem. I have photoshop CS6 32 bit version. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
