Download link not working - oriomenoni - 09-19-2015 Yesterday I upgraded to version 15. Received an email after purchase, with a link to a webpage, where there were other links to download the software. I clicked on the version I need (tried both straight and right button clicks), which is Windows 64bit, but the download link does not work. It gives an error message which basically says "not authorized". Tried again this morning, in case it was a momentary problem...no, it's not momentary. It does not work. This is really disappointing. if you sell downloadable software as a profession, you need to make sure the link works. Especially on Friday night, since there's a weekend afterwards. I filled the support form but of course no aid yet, which is not surprising, since it's weekend time. The software may be professional, as title says, but I'm sad to say, the seller is not. |
