Hello,
suddenly I can't see the menu anymore on the right side of the screen (in the beginning where I can chose male/female etc, later to fine tune the image). Anybody an idea on how to fix that?

Hi klaus83,
This sounds like an issue that we had resolved in an earlier update. Can you please go into Portrait Professional then select Help> Check For Updates. This will take you to the update download. Once it's downloaded simply run and install the update over your existing installation and the problem should be resolved.
