I have Portrait Professional 11. For some reason, there are not sliders on the left hand side of the screen. Not sure what happened to them and I can't seem to bet back. Is there a problem with the upgrade?

Please raise a support ticket as soon as possible. I have seen this problem raised before.

Hi erinbhahn,
This sounds like an issue that we resolved a while back. In theory it shouldn't be occurring on any 11.2 version of Portrait Professional. Can you please do the following:
1. Go into Portrait Professional.
2. Go to Help> Check For Updates.
3. If there is an update available, download it and install it over your current installation of Portrait Professional.
Can you tell me if that has returned the sliders?
