I have several pics to do but baby has hand in mouth on all of them. How do I bypass the lip outline. Spacebar doesnt do it.

Make your best guess at the corners of the mouth. Finish the automated process, then turn off "Show mouth and nose controls". That should undo any changes to the mouth area.
