When I upload my photo from lightroom to portrait Professionals it is in really low resolution. How do I get it to upload in high res?

Helen, currently I am not running PP from LR. However, I am just thinking aloud here, is there a possibility that the export file size setting in LR has affected the low res you are getting in pp?
