Suggestion - We mark the pupil during the first few steps.. Yet the is only an option for increasing pupil darkness. It would be grand if there was an option to increase/decrease the size.

That's a good idea. In the meantime, a quick way to dilate the pupil is to mark it up at the size you want it to be (i.e. larger than it actually is), and then use the darkness slider to dilate it.
