Reset to original settings - Edge Images - 01-31-2012 I recently shot a model who had stretch marks on her stomach from pregnancy. I altered the settings to try to include her stomach as I was repairing the image. It didn't work too well. Anyway, I can't figure out what I changed, and now when I am working on photos, nothing I do seems to be altered. I've tried tried to figure out what I changed and also to see if there is somewhere I can "reset" to the original settings in place when I first installed the software. If anyone knows, I'd appreciate a hand. Thanks, Larry RE: Reset to original settings - williamting - 01-31-2012 First check to see if all the Portrait Improving Sliders are switched to "On". If they are already "On", I suppose you just reinstall the software as the easiest way out. From my years of experience on PP, I have never encountered any problem near to what you described above. Perhaps you wait for a few more days to see if anyone has bright ideas or perhaps you open a ticket with support. http://www.portraitprofessional.com/support/index.php?page=login&return=ticket_main RE: Reset to original settings - Edge Images - 01-31-2012 (01-31-2012, 05:27 PM)williamting Wrote: First check to see if all the Portrait Improving Sliders are switched to "On". Thank you William, I'll try that. |
