Enable the Enter Key on the NumPad so that it operates the same as the QWERTY section Enter Key.
The NumPad's Enter Key (on full sized keyboards) is very accessible (for the right thumb). It is even easier to trigger than the main Enter Key. Would be great for viewing the Effects Toggle!
