Hi I have the same problem as the other's in this thread. I am using a Nikon D750 and your Portrait Pro Studio version 12.4 Is the problem with Nikon still ongoing? I would have included an NEF file for you to look at but the file is too big

Unfortunately yes this is still ongoing. Our best solution is this:
Process your raw files into Adobe raw using the free Adobe
converter for this. The Windows download is here: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=106&platform=Windows and Mac one here: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=106&platform=Macintosh
With this you can convert all of your raw files into the common Adobe Raw DNG format. You will lose no information from the files in doing this, but the resulting DNG files will load into many more programs correctly including Portrait Pro.
