hi there
i'm trying to run the trial program
can anybody tell me what i have to type in the boxes
i've found out how to get to firewall exeptions but what do i do next or am i in the wring place completely

You're going to have to be a bit more specific, I'm afraid! Are you having a problem with a particular firewall? What boxes are you referring to? Here is a link to our Firewall FAQ. I hope that helps,
