I have to disagree Lew.  Considering the really bad case of "teenage curse" I think lrgphoto did a pretty good job.
The reason PP had to do so much is that the large blemishes were not handled before.
Using a repair tool in any PPing software on the large blemishes first and then using PP will allow a final result that looks more natural with better skin texture.
It is also difficult to properly judge the output when viewed side-by-side. It almost always looks overdone. But by looking at the final result alone, I'd say "nice job"!
New to PP myself, but I love it. The example image posted looks great to me.

Nice job indeed, but I have to agree with Lew, it is a little plasticy. However you see similar in some mags Smile
