I would like to be able to set my default setting to be full body skin instead of having to set it for each photo. My photos most often have a great deal of body skin and that is a preferred setting.

I'll second that. Should be at least an available choice in options.

Simply save your sliders with the fully body skin option used and make it a default. Then full body skin will be applied by default.
