Is Portrait Pro V18 fully compatible (and optimized) for use with the new, upcoming Mac OS Catalina? If not, when can we expect the upgrade? Will the current version work with Catalina?

no, the ZrawLoader is not 64bits module of Portrait Pro V18

The latest build of version 18 for Mac is compatible with OS Catalina. Please ensure to check for the free update.
