portraitpro body v 3.2.2

I bought portrait pro body last night, when I've finished the edits and hit save and return I lose ALL of the work i did and get this message


"could not complete the portraitpro body command becuse temporary file needed unsupported pixel conversion: c:\Users\Aaron\AppData\Local\Temp\PPB-filter-1554727845-ZRQ4.tiif." 

Very VERY frustrating, please help as I love the software

1. Are there any feature differences in the previous build?
2. How will I know when the issue is fixed?
