I would love to see a tab above "Face Sculpt", "My Controls" (just like some camera menu system offers) where I can add my most frequently used sliders from various sections such as Skin Smoothing, Makeup, Eyes etc rather than opening and using 2-3 slider from each section. I do use Presets but still need fine tuning most images.
