I want to be able to take any photo, whether previously retouched in Portrait Pro or not, and go directly to changing the background, without first having to do facial adjustments. Is this possible, and if so, please describe, and if not, why not?

ALSO, I am seeing some banding when I use gradients in background replacement, and then post a sample photo to facebook. Is this a problem with facebook, or with PP?

I can provide a sample if/when anyone responds to this post.
