I have a few photos where there are hairs sticking up. How do I get rid of them? Is there a feature where I can just paint them out?
And is there a way to slightly touch up a receding hairline? Thanks.

With Smart Photo Editor and Portrait Professional you can do many
things very easy.
Here is one I did the other day in a few minute's
