Was just messing around to see what I could do with PP. Some secondary work in PhotoShop.

You did a super job on your grandmother's portrait. Not too much and not too little. Only hint would be to avoid "crossed lighting" by moving your fill light to the right of the camera or right at the camera position. This would make hard shadows in wrinkles easier to deal with.
If I looked that good at 100 I'd be more than happy (before picture)

Grandma's looking good....in both photos....what a pretty lady....well done!

Very Nice. Outstanding use of PP! Everything still looks natural. Not overdone.
