I had a problem with Portrait Professional v8.00 whereby I could't activate because I'd suffered a hard drive failure and lost the text file with my Token details ....... I generated a support ticket and was back in business within hours .......... I can't understand why other users aren't getting a response from Anthropics ........ they replied to me almost immediately, taking into account the time difference between the UK and Australia
I've never had a problem getting a reply either. Always had good service and am more than happy to recommend the product and company.
