I ordered this software over a week ago. I got confirmation that the order was paid for, but not that it had actually been shipped.

i live in the US - how long does it usually take to receive the product?

The UK postal service is abysmal !! I live in Australia and airletters, (prepaid small format, low weight) can take anything from 10-14 days to reach me. On the other hand, letters from me to my mother in the UK get there in about 3-4 days. Australia Post isn't the best on the planet but they're a damned sight better than UKMail.
