I think you're off to a very good start. 
I think I might be too picky, but...
The skin selection area might not have been as good as it could have been. There seems to be some skin on (her) left side (where the hair sweeps across) that didn't get included with the rest of the face. And the same goes for the skin down in between her eyes and nose (too shiny, I think).
I'm not saying this is the case but here is my problem: the software does such a great job that I tend to look over it and think in global terms--"WoW! That's a great change!" And I let it go at that when I should look for areas that I missed.
One other note--that doesn't really get fixed by PP, I think, but the stray hair that got removed across the face should be removed across the earring later on, too.
