Program crashed while opening a picture

when I try to open a picture by clicking on open picture the software crash and deliver a long message (see enclosed file); does sombody have idea what could be the reason?

It looks like you're still running 12.2. The most recent release of PortraitPro 12 is 12.5. Please visit the license manager and download the most recent release. https://www.portraitprofessional.com/licenses/
