First of all choose Full Body Skin from the menu then choose full body.
I would then suggest choosing Skin Smoothing Controls on the right hand panel then choose view/edit skin area and click extend, you can then 'paint' on any area that PP may have missed and then any smoothing will be applied to the whole body plus you can use the touch up tools.
