Re-Install PP
#1
Big Grin
Last week I had a devastating computer crash that required me to re-format my hard drive and reinstall Windows XP. Naturally I lost all of my programs and files. By luck I found a printout of my receipt for PP and contacted Support to see if I could download and reinstall PP. Within 24 hours I received an email with full instructions on how to download PP once again!

This is great customer service to say the least.

Thanks again,
Roy

So I only can hope the same for me. I got a new computer to xmas and while my husband configurate it, I saw the upgrate to V8 and bought it and installed on my old computer to see how it works and what´s different. New computer where finished and so I want to install my new Programe on it. But the it wasn´t possible as "Code not good for this computer" Sad
I`m really frustrated, as I never had thought that this could be a probleme. I wrote to the support too, but till now no reply.

I´ll see.....
