Small Image
#1
I'm just now testing the trial version. When I upload a picture, they're so small I can't set the reference points. The pics are shot on a Nikon D200 at 6 or 12mp, is this a trial problem or?? None of the settings I tried seem to help.
Thanks

What file format are they ?
Have you tried resizing the pics so they appear bigger when in PP ?
There are loads of free resizing softwares out there ..... Google for some. There's a pretty good one here http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm

FastStone Image Viewer is very good too and it does more than just resize pix

Hey diggerdaveaz,

Could you post the picture? A 6 or 12 megapixel image should not appear small in Portrait Professional regardless of whether you're running the trial or the full version. If we could take a look at the image, we may be able to offer a solution.

The pictures I've tried are 3872 x 2592 with an average file size around 2.5mb..or around 12"x8". I just joined this forum and don't know how to post a picture here.
Thanks

To post a picture in this forum upload your picture/s to a filehost, somewhere like http://www.photobucket.com or similar.
Once you've uploaded your picture/s choose the "action" you require and several URLs will be displayed. Choose the URL of your picture, in this case it's "image for bulletin boards & forums" "full size" then copy and paste the URL into your text space ............. like this ...............

To post images in any forum it's the same procedure. If you have any problems send me a PM and I'll guide you through it.
