Update problem

I downloaded version 10.2 update, but get an error message when trying to install. I have attached the error message, but basically it says that it cannot register ppthumbs.dll. After several tries, I clicked on 'ignore' and the install finished. Unfortuntaely when I try to launch PP 10.2 it asks for my v10 token again, but when I enter it I am told it has already been used. Why do I have to re-enter a used token, only to have it denied?!?!

The token is a one-use item. Lodge a support ticket and Anthropics will fix you up.
