is it be allowed to use the software for commercial purposes? where can i purchase the software license?

point your browser to http://www.portraitprofessional.com/buy/
and look for the header that says buy. to the best of my knowledge, version 12 is only available in English. you may also look at the 30 day trial. good luck and good editing.
