Hi erinbhahn,
This sounds like an issue that we resolved a while back. In theory it shouldn't be occurring on any 11.2 version of Portrait Professional. Can you please do the following:
1. Go into Portrait Professional.
2. Go to Help> Check For Updates.
3. If there is an update available, download it and install it over your current installation of Portrait Professional.
Can you tell me if that has returned the sliders?
