I had this situation just the other night and found that if you have the face structuring on, this will happen. I turned it off and situation was cured.

Try editing the picture with Mouth Closed instead of Mouth Open, that may (or may not) solve the problem.

Tried the mouth closed already, didn't work. Turning off the face structure did work. Thanks.
