What do you do with the eye targets if the eyes are closed in the portrait. I do a lot of newborn photography and they are sleeping for the photos. If I shrink the iris and pupils down, they leave a dot on the closed eyelids...

You should turn off the eye modification by pressing the On/Off button in the Eye Controls.
