fire wall problems - Alfred Ashton - 03-08-2007

Hi every body,
Any one any good ideas regarding the eficiency
of my fire-wall.
When I have finished lining up the facial
features. It really is a pain in the backside whe forget to
disable the firewall prior to the processing stage.

Hi Alfred,

Which firewall are you using, and does it allow you to allow access to the internet on an application by application basis? Our firewall FAQ is here.

Hi Tony,
Teething problems on my part. I shall inspect very carefully the bumf with my firewall( it's part of the Norton Symantic Suite}

You will be able to grant permission for PP to access the Internet, and other programs as well.

Try PC Tools Firewall Plus .......... it's FREE and is as good, if not better, than anything else on the market, free or otherwise.
