No support offered - DRZOBHA - 02-07-2011

We are encouraged to write support tickets but no one bothers to respond. This is not fair. I have sent several of them but until now no response.

My PC crushed l had to format everything. Now no one bothers its just like money gone down the drainage. Pliz respond.

While in normal times we aim to reply to support tickets within 24 hours, just after a release we are dealing with a huge amount of support so it is taking longer. We do always answer all support tickets, but I'm afraid it may take a little time. Thanks for your patience.
