I cannot activate the Portrait Professional 9 after reformat my laptop.

I have the same problem. My computer crashed over the weekend. I have used the support ticket unfortunately no reply until now.

Having same problem.... did an update... not upgrade.... now token is not valid.

Need help - ticket open
