Ghosting effect around eyes - luminairefoto - 09-28-2013

See screen shot, but a ghosting effect around the eyes. This is the only photo in the group shot that it's happening to. I can't seem to find a solution.

It happen to me before. I can't remember exactly how I fix this. If I am not mistaken, I disable the eye control.

I have had this problem before when the eye selection (pupil and iris) automatically performed by PP 12 is not exact. Having said that, when I look at your posted picture it seems the selection is very close if not dead on. Try discarding the facial outlines and then manually placing them. Pay particular attention to the iris and pupil - zoom in and make sure that the overlays are in exactly the right spot.

Your problem is pretty extreme. A much more common problem for me is a sort of ring around the outside of the iris which I correct using the technique above.

I hope this works for you!
