Photo with 2 (close) people - lpollis - 02-03-2013

Problem:
I have a photo with 2 people and when I adjust the female (with wonderful results) the close jaw line of the male gets skewed. How can I temporarily isolate that face and not have any interaction with the adjustments of the female?
Thanks,
LpGrumpy

I feel that you must turn off face sculpturing, as this move all pixels up and down in the selected area, from one side of the image to the other, which will have situations if there is also something else in that area of the image.
