NEED HELP PORTRAIT PROFESSIONAL WON'T WORK - andree - 01-06-2009
Hi, I just bought portrait professional the pro version. The program will load, but when I click on file to load an image, nothing happens. I can't get it to work at all. Please I desperately need to get this working and can't find any help by googling. I have a macbook pro. I 1st downloaded a trial version, then the standard version, finally upgraded to the pro, all in the hope that it would finally work...
Then I deleted the previous versions hoping that would help but it made no difference.
