Because Salisbury I am paying for it and it is not meeting expectations. And using caps doesn't hammer your point home to me anymore than a normal reply.

I edit a lot of pictures and if I change skin selection to full body then choose show skin selection area there is no difference to if I had selected face only, and before you comment my pictures are correctly colour managed and in some cases against neutral backgrounds so I cannot see a reason why it shouldn't work.

Just because you are happy with it doesn't mean everybody has to be!

Have you tried contacting support to see if they can help with this? I suggest emailing a picture demonstrating the problem to support1234@anthropics.com and include a note telling them what the problem is.

thanks,

Here is a suggestion.

Why not allow PPro to import skin selection created in Photoshop or elsewhere. Photoshops Quick Select does a great job of selecting things which other programs do not do nearly as well.

Specifically, have a skin selection import feature in PPro. That way if the user has selected skin area (w Photoshop or some other program and saved that file (in png file format for example, because png allows for transparency) PPro could import it to use to define the skin area. This would be an optional alternative to having to brush it in.
