Face Outline Feature and Multiple Faces - lonedakota - 06-04-2007

Is there a way to turn off or quickly by-pass the face outline feature? Sometimes I just want the skin tone adjustment. It appears the software works well for a single person straight-on head shot. What if it is a profile or multiple subjects? Currently I am using the trial and seriously considering purchasing the Max Version.

Hi,

Once you have done the first five points, you can just space bar through all the outline features without touching them. The face sculpting wont work as well, but if you don't want that anyway it will be fine. Face sculpting (and 'relight') work up to a 3/4 view face. All the other skin controls work on any patch of skin that is in the 'skin selection', so you could use it for profile shots. Multiple subjects can be done using the 'another face in this photo' button.

Hope that helps,

Tony
