I purchased Portrait Professional last night. The charge shows on my CC, but I never received a key or license. I have put in a support ticket, but have yet to get a response.

How long does it take usually for this company to respond?

Please help!!!
OK, I try going through the link at RBS Worldpay, the company that processed the payment, and I get sent back to the FAQ page. Is anybody out there!!!


We are responding as quickly as we can, we normally say we do our very best to respond within 24 hours on business days, however around releases this can be longer.
