Full Version: making preset with layers ( blur bg) - not working

I was hoping to make a preset that separates then blurs background. I am able to do exactly that but when I save it as a preset, the layer section is not there in the save section and even when I save the preset with say picture - it does not work. How to make a preset that deals with separating bg and fg in the layers section?
