I just purchased PortraitPro 17 today and it does not open RAW or TIFF files. It states 17.3 | 64 Bits on my MAC ver.
I now go in and paid for the upgrade to Studio and it says I purchased Studio already and I'm being charged double the amount as if I just purchased Studio? Can anyone tell me what's going on? Thank you
