Full Version: PP15 new install not accepting token

PP15 - Fresh, unopened product. Install goes fine, then asks for token. I enter the number from the small sheet that came with the software......multiple times and get the response "token not for this product." I've tried both normalĀ and manual registration. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Same issue. Checked and double checked number entered. Used copy and paste to confirm fingerprint number - no change. Have written PP at boxsupport and via the Support page but no response. Can anybody think of what I might be missing? Thanks.
