There is no printed manual. Each change in the software would be revised manual to print.This would only be 40 pages if you double sided print as I do to save paper.

Rather than waste paper and expensive printer ink, I have uploaded the pdf to a printing company (DoxDirect Ltd) who will print a Spiral bound A4 with acetate covers for £6.27. Result! :-))
