im wondering how is it that i can make a face skinnier in one picture but in a different picture the option does not come out to be able to control how much the face gets skinnier. can some one please explain how i can have the manual option on how much i want the face to be skinnier on all pictures. thanks you.

Are you using preset? If yes, if the preset is set for female, then that preset is only applicable for female. Hence, it will not apply when a male face is selected unless you have similar preset for both male and female.
