On 13 October 2015 I purchased PortraitPro Studio

In the midst of use as a plug in with Adobe Photoshop Elements 14, I 've received a message telling me that the product needed an activation code.

I used the supplied activation code supplied upon purchase but received the reply that the code had already been used and could not activate the product.

This is extremely frustrating and annoying. Can anyone advise please. Thanks.

Remember, you can legally only run this software from one computer. If you installed it on multiple computers without multiple activation, this software will simply disable your license. Or if you do any re-installation of OS or have done some changes to the OS, it may cause the system to fail also.

Whatever, please raise a ticket if you have not done so.
